Shipping & Handling
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders ship from our warehouse in Santa Ana, CA.

We ship via Federal Express to take advantage of specially negotiated rates to keep costs for our company and our customers as low as possible. You can choose from ground, 2-day or overnight.

Guarantee & Returns/Exchanges
Tazzini™'s return policy means satisfaction is guaranteed for every purchase. You may return any item for exchange or refund of merchandise price within 30 days of receipt. For your protection, please use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return and be sure to provide us with the information below. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. If this information is not included, your refund can take longer to receive.

Please contact Tazzini at info@tazzini.com or 858.243.1929 for a Return Authorization Number and the shipping address. We will promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items. Please allow ~72 hours for refund to process with your financial company. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for any new items when they are ready to ship.

Our products are guaranteed for one year against manufacturer defects, which means we will replace any part that fails within one year under normal use.
